Angry Munci is a Nextbot that, like other Nextbots, will actively try to chase and down players in Evade. Although these traits apply to other Nextbots, Angry Munci, unlike the others, appears in special rounds of the same name. His speed is far faster than that of the other Nextbots, making it hard to evade his capture.
A strategy developed by Swea (discord user gravity7r), is to use decoys to lure Angry Munci away. Each decoy costs 350 and can be used for 6 rounds, infinately with a cooldown. However, when the decoys wear off, you may need to still use barriers to defend yourself from Munci.
Just like other Nextbots, he spawns anywhere in maps.
Description[]
Angry Munci appears to be a simply drawn black blob with realistic, grayscaled eyes. Looking closely, there are fading, gray rays coming from his eyes. Overall, he seems to have a blank or "angry" expression.
Super Munci's appearance is strikingly similar to Angry Munci's appearance, but his eyes are red and his audio is distorted roaring.
In Special Rounds[]
Angry Munci has a special round of his name. In this round, he is the only Nextbot that appears, and the text that follows the announcement of this special round states, "Run for your life," although players without speed-boosting usables usually cannot outrun him.
In another special round, titled Lurking, there is a variation of Angry Munci called Super Munci. Lurking features more than one Super Munci spawning from the Nextbot spawn point. Super Munci's speed is also faster than normal Nextbots, and that of Angry Munci's.
To survive him, players must gain as much distance as they can to stay away from him so that they won't trigger his speed ability. If a player is close to him, they should use whatever speed-boosting usables they have (cola, speed pads, etc.). Other usables, such as barriers, are also effective against him (we suggest using them in narrow spaces, as he can jump over them).
