Catonsville High School Reviews
Rating 3.82 out of 5 476 reviews
Catonsville got me ready for my college years in a very effective way. From the student life to my relationships with my teachers and coaches they pushed me the best I could be on and off the field. They have a tremendous amount of clubs that are very diverse and all are welcome. The school is very welcoming which the teachers and administration play the biggest roles in that. The school taught me how to apply for a job, make a resume cover letter and references so going into college I was prepared to add and extend on those things which helped me so much! The tools I received from the classroom to put on the field the faculty was there every step of the way to make sure the students are ready for college and have plans set once we graduate.
I love my high school- it’s diverse and fun. Most of my teachers are awesome. Like all schools, there are a few that need to retire! Our school feels safe and welcoming.
Catonsville High School is renowned for the academic excellence of its students; however, it's important to note that my perspective is not solely influenced by my attendance there. While I have formed meaningful friendships, my experience has been marked by observations of varying attitudes among the administrators. Some staff members exhibit outright disrespect towards students, while others are more respectful. The overall condition of the school, in terms of cleanliness and available resources, leaves much to be desired. I find it challenging to see the practical of their resources in my future. Despite these drawbacks, the school boasts a commendable level of diversity. In essence, while Catonsville High School has its strengths, there are evident areas that require improvement, including the interactions between staff and students, the overall cleanliness, and the relevance of resources for future students.
