Can Family member ashes be buried with a small grave marker near other family members in traditional plots?

My name is Rene' D. Armendariz. My parents are buried at Precious Blood pilots #203/#204. Buried 1977 & 1987 these are side by side. My brother passed away 2/2017. I wish to have his ashes buried with my father and have his name added to the existing marker. I would like SOME ONE contact me so this can be arranged.
