"Cinema Day 2024" is one of the activities of "Hong Kong Pop Culture Festival 2024". The first Cinema Day was held in 2023, it was well received by members of the public and the participation rate recorded a highest single-day record (nearly 222,000)! This year, Hong Kong Theatres Association will continue its efforts and organize the "Hong Kong Cinema Day" again, aiming to encourage all members of the public visit cinema at a surprise fare, and experience the unparalleled collective viewing experience of watching movies in the cinemas, as well as to promote cinema culture!
