Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

My girlfriend has changed a lot and she does not want to talk to me anymore. For me, she is my best friend and lover. I do not have anyone close to me other than her. I wanted to spend all my time with her and now it is not possible. I stay up the whole night for her messages and when she comes online in the morning, she will fight with me. That is the scenario now. What should I do now?

Please help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your feelings but I would suggest that you plan a meeting with her so that you both can talk one-on-one with a mood to discuss not to confront, argue or criticize but to have a healthy discussion and try to find out where the problem started and what are the current issues on which conflicts have started, and come on the mutual understanding that you both should accept the reality, and we can not do in which we do not have control, what we can do is to do our best healthily not the way you are doing in this way things would not come in control so try to have good sleep at night, and go for walk, get yourself busy in a day and spend time with family and give some space and when you fell controlled enough then you would approach and talk as I advised you, if this will not work that you should have the acceptance that life is not going to end, this must go on and get some counselling sessions to get better.

I hope this helps.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
