personally im torn between 3 options, Empyrean Project High noon
All seem really cool (Im a sucker for cool vfx and colours) but idk which wld be the best
I really like empyreans empowered q although its fairly telegraphed as well as costing a fair bit more rp
High noon seems like a very complete skin almost seeming legendary-esque
And project because hes 50% off now LOL but he doesnt look bad aswell

Arctic ops or Swiftbolt are my favourites, Swiftbolt is just nostalgic and cool af, Arctic ops because it just feels so good to play with.

Empyrean probably, if I'm being honest I think Project and High noon are boring af, nothing about those skins makes me feel like they're Varus, it's just not good. The same can obviously be said for Empyrean but atleast it has fresh animations and has pretty particle effects.
I randomly saw this video today and his comments on the Empyrean Varus really rang true with me. It is the flashiest of the 3 IMO but yeah.
Of the 3, I'd vote high noon.
But I personally prefer Snow moon.

Empyrean for cool effects. Outside of that pick DarkStar, High Noonn Cosmic or Project based on your fav colour imo. I value Empyrean for the animations and being refreshing after +10 years with the same hunched walk
