Saturday Night Live - Music acts being cut

I love SNL but recently Sky Comedy have been editing out the music performances. It started occasionally last year with Saweetie and 21 Savage, but the last few with Travis Scott, Dua Lipa and Vampire Weekend have been cut out too? Is there a valid reason for it, or is it to accommodate even repeats of The Office? There’s such a lack of platforms for live music on mainstream tv, that it really annoys me that they do this.

The whole show is on YT, but if I pay a subscription to Sky, I expect them to broadcast the whole thing.

Bits are cut out of Last Week Tonight too and other shows I expect.

If it's an option to you, can you watch on catch-up through Sky? That's what I do, and the music performances are always included.
