English musician, composer, record producer Brian Eno, best known for his pioneering work in ambient music. With Roxy Music he had the 1972 UK No.4 single ‘Virginia Plain’. He has produced U2, Talking Heads, David Bowie, John Cale, Coldplay and Damon Albarn.
One of my all time favourite albums.
Pere Ubu’s CD boxset is running late, so I guess I’ll have a Doors afternoon instead. Second play.

Mike Oldfield, UK composer, multi-instrumentalist, ‘Tubular Bells’ was the first album released on the Virgin record label in 1973 and went on to sell over 10 million copies world-wide. 1976 UK No. 3 single ‘Portsmouth’ plus 20 other UK Top 40 albums.
It’s a great album, they were / are a great band, from a great musical decade.

Katatonia " Sky Void Of Stars " . Great melodic rock music from this swedish group . Not to hard, just enough for my taste 
George was blessed with so much ability, singing, writing and playing. There’s a new tribute album on the way later this month I believe. Prompted me to dig this earlier effort out. Not a great fan of tribute albums but there’s great stuff on here. George and Strummer are the one’s I miss. Uniti Core.
