    Hotel employees involved in scam

    Visited for a wedding. Besides being scolded by staff throughout my stay for stupid things, several people in our party got sick, and then to top it all off, the “cab” called by the concierge scammed me out of $266. Will never step foot in a Catalonia resort again.

    Look Forward to out Next Visit

    Absolutely loved this resort. Fantastic food. Good shows. Loved the comfortable beds and recommend Privilege service. Coffee shop for morning cappuccinos is a must. Great service by staff especially Ivan who went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed ourselves.

    Awesome Vacation

    The rooms are nice. Comes with walkin shower, hair dryer, and toiletries. Pools are clean and spacious with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The Spa is great and the staff are awesome. All of the restaurants we went to were Great especially The Grill. The beach has plenty of chairs and shade to relax. We would come again and recommend to anybody!!!
