It's a big milestone when your kids leave the nest, but it can leave you feeling a bit... empty.

And while there's plenty of literature about that empty nest syndrome when it comes to mothers, fathers also struggle with their kids' transition to adulthood.

We look at where dads can go to open up about their grief and how they can reframe their roles as their kids become adults.
