Bigg Boss 16 star Abdu Rozik surprised everyone by announcing his engagement on social media. He shared a post with his soon-to-be wife to seek blessings from his fans. Many celebrities sent him congratulatory wishes and messages in the comments section. However, Rozik revealed Salman Khan called him to congratulate him.
In an interview with Hindustan Times, Abdu Rozik revealed that his engagement was a private affair and thanked his team for keeping it a secret. ''My engagement was a surprise to everyone. I chose not to tell anyone before the engagement on April 24. I feel grateful my family and team helped me keep this private,'' he revealed.

Talking about the Bigg Boss 16 host, he revealed, ''But as soon as Salman Bhai heard the news, he called to congratulate me. He gave me his blessings and it means a lot to me. I look forward to having my bada bhaijaan at my wedding''. Abdu also revealed that his friends from Bigg Boss 16 like Shiv Thakare also congratulated him.
Abdu Rozik revealed that his fiancée and his family are conservative. Hence, he chose not to reveal her face on social media. ''I have a lot of projects lined up, but my main focus is the wedding. I want it to be the best day ever. I also plan to travel to Australia, USA, UK and India this year,'' Abdu concluded.
