Fans of the classic Nickelodeon show Victorious were in for a treat recently. While the show ended eleven years ago, it continues to enjoy a loyal fan following online. Social Media, especially TikTok and YouTube, are rife with fan tributes and edits featuring the main cast of the series.
The members of the show also got in on the action recently when Victoria Justice and Daniella Monet were seen having a mini-reunion on TikTok that left netizens in a tizzy. While most fans were happy to see the former co-stars together again, there was also a sense of sadness. The reunion was a reminder of the fact that Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato do not have a similar relationship despite also being former co-stars.
A Victorious Reunion between Victoria Justice and Daniella Monet
Victorious was a show about a performing arts high school attended by a variety of talented and comical personalities. Victoria Justice played the lead role of Tori Vega, while Daniella Monet essayed the role of Tori’s older sister Trina. The short video sees Justice and Monet running in dramatic slow motion towards each other to the background song “Made for me” by Muni Long. The clip got a hugely positive response on social media.

The clip is not the first time the Victorious cast has been bitten by the nostalgia bug. Back in 2017 Ariana Grande, who also co-starred in Victorious, tweeted about wanting to make a reunion episode with the backing of many of the rest of the cast. Whether or not the reunion ends up happening, it seems the cast of Victorious continues to look back on their time together with affection.
While Justice and Monet have not been seen in projects together since Victorious ended, the duo appear to have maintained a connection over the years. For fans, it is a heartening reminder that even in a place as competitive as Hollywood it is possible to make genuine connections that last a lifetime.
When Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato Missed Out On A Similar Connection
The same cannot be said for former co-stars Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez. The duo followed very similar paths of being Disney child stars before making the transition to pop music royalty. But despite the many things they have in common and their co-starring in the Princess Protection Program TV movie, Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato do not appear to be friends in real life.
For now, fans are enjoying seeing Tori Vega reunite with her big sister Trina and clamoring to see more such reunions in the coming days. Meanwhile, both Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato continue to stay busy with their separate careers juggling music and acting projects.
