Penny from Bolt is a 13-year-old who has taken care of Bolt since she was 8 years old. Penny’s character has two voice actors depending on her age. As a 13-year-old, Miley Cyrus is the one debuting for her voice, whereas as an 8-year-old, Chloë Grace Moretz has voiced for it.
Cameron Diaz – Fiona
