Tufts University vs Penn state university- HELP ME DECIDE

I have received admission offers from Tufts University for a Master's in Engineering Management (MEM), ranked 13th among USA universities, and from Penn State University for an MS in Supply Chain Management (MSCM) at the University Park campus, ranked 5th for SCM. My bachelor's degree is in computer engineering, and I aim to pursue a graduate program combining technology and management.

I'm facing a dilemma because at Tufts, I can select electives, including a supply chain and logistics subject, while at Penn State, the focus is solely on supply chain management. I anticipate limited job opportunities after completing the MSCM program, whereas the MEM program offers a broader range of career prospects.

Despite considering rankings, l'm unable to make a decision. I would appreciate guidance, especially regarding Tufts' reputation in the USA, particularly in the field of engineering.

I would really appreciate any insights. Thank you for your response.
