Bridget Jones is making a comeback - and filming is taking place at many well-known north London locations.

Renée Zellweger has a new love interest, played by One Day star Leo Woodall, in the new film, Bridget Jones: Mad About The Boy.

The actress, 55, and film crews working on the fourth and final Bridget Jones film have been spotted around Haverstock Hill and Hampstead Heath.

In one TikTok, Zellweger is recorded as she strolls along Haverstock Hill, waits at the bus stop just outside Nail Lovers, and is later seen sitting on a bench.

Filming has been ongoing since it began earlier this month, as it tells the story of Bridget Jones as a middle-aged single mother in her 50s.

Last week paparazzi captured shots of the film set on Hampstead Heath, just a short distance from author Helen Fielding’s Hampstead home.

Zellweger was seen climbing a tree to reach a child at the Heath, while Woodall, 27, was pictured alongside the tree wearing Hampstead Heath branded uniform.

Based on Fielding’s book with the same name, the final film will follow Bridget following the death of Mark Darcy.

And while it will reportedly tell the story of Bridget’s new flame Rockstar, played by Woodall, Hugh Grant will also be reprising his role as Daniel Cleaver.

Bridget’s last outing is set to be released on February 14, 2025 – perfect timing for Valentine's Day.
