Hello everyone! I have this stone since i was a kid and always thought it was iron pirite. Some weeks ago i found it in a draw. I passed it through a magnet but it didn’t stick… what am i missing?

Pyrite is not magnetic. Pyrite is iron sulfide. Iron is magnetic but as a mineral in combination with sulfur it is not.
