Rhine cruise from frankfurt

Hi. If I am doing day trip from Frankfurt and would like to take a cruise from Bingen or Rudesheim to St Goar. Which it would be easier to get from the train station to the ferry point to buy tickets/ take the cruise, is it Bingen or Rudesheim? Appreciate any advice. Thank you.
