Generation X was born, by broadest definition, between 1961 and 1981, the greatest anti-child cycle in modern history. Nevertheless, we grew up to become the world's most devoted parents: the "workhorse of America." This sub welcomes links, photos, graphics, memoirs, commentaries, stories, etc., for and about Gen-Xers, the 13th Generation of Americans. GenX also translates to many other parts of the world.

Whenever I heard his name I thought of Harvey Korman.

"It's not Corman. It's Korman. Harvey Korman."

"What the hell are you worried about? This is 1874. You'll be able to sue him."

RIP Roger Corman.

I only know who this is because of MST3K.

I remember an interview with Roger Corman about how he never made a movie that did not make money. He would use the set pieces.or costumes from the last movie for the next one. He gave people a chance with stakes. His impact on movies and popular.cutlure is immeasurable. I wish there were more people like him in other industries.

RIP. His 60s movie β€œThe Intruder,” written by Twilight Zone writer Charles Beaumont and starring William Shatner, is actually pretty great.
