Anyone know any good cover versions that match or even surpass the original?
I think the Amy Winehouse version of Valerie is much more powerful than the original version by The Zutons.
There is also a rock cover of I Only Wanna Be With You done by Volbeat.
The original version is by Dusty Springfield and popularised by the Bay City Rollers.
The Volbeat version has some grit and spark lacking in the other versions, in my opinion.
Any other great cover versions out there?
