Help for visit with 3 and 6 year old

Hi all, looking for some help on a visit to Copenhagen with a 3 and 6 year old.

Looking at staying for 3 nights in August.

Any hotel recommendations? Added extras like play park and swimming pool would be handy. Don't mind how close to Tivoli Gardens as we can always get a taxi.

Is one day enough at Tivoli Gardens or is it better to go twice? Is there a multi-day pass available?

What other must do things do you recommend for children of 3 and 6?

Help is massively appreciated.

One day is definitely enough for Tivoli.

You could look into the Tivoli Hotel (not related to theme park, but has some decorations that resembles those of the park -- but more importantly has a pool and facilities for families). You'll be quite close to city center and Tivoli.

I agree, one day is definitely enough for Tívoli.

Consider flying in to Copenhagen and out from Billund and visiting the Lego House (if your flights aren’t already booked).

I’d also recommend the architecture centre,a boat tour, the Louisiana, and the Experimentarium with kids. We’ve visited Denmark twice with our children - see our (free non commercial) blog for more info and inspiration (http://wildrumpustravel.com).
