Why did the kids in Saint Denis give Arthur his money back?
Like the title says. In that first Saint Denis mission, if you don’t catch the kid originally and you get surrounded by the whole lot of them, why did the ‘leader’ kid give Arthur his money. What reason did have, couldn’t he have just have kept it since there was like 20 of them?
LMK what you think
Plot
Only reason. If I remember correctly they had guns pointed at Arthur at the end of the chase. They could have easily wasted him.
Probably because of señor Brontë
At the time of saint denis from all the missions I think you would at least have 3k which compared to today's money who fucking knows, so I have no clue why
The kids saw that he was asking around for Angelo Bronte and thought he was a person of interest for their boss
Bronte probably heard of what happened to the Braithwaites and told them to look out for a bunch of cowboys asking around for him
but I remember when Dutch John and Arthur went to his house for the first time, he said ‘Who are these buffoons’ in Italian so I’m assuming he didn’t know who they were but maybe
He might not know who they are but kids who are criminals probably know who he is and they thought they would make more by turning him over
