Flix Patrol reported on the night of Thursday, May 16th, that the production had become the most-watched television show on the platform in the United States, surpassing “Hacks” and “Smiling Friends”.

As the minutes pass, testimonies from various individuals who have had closeness with the actor and professionals analyzing the impact of these accusations on his career and the entertainment industry in general are presented.

Randy Fowler, Scott Levy, journalists Adam Vary and Chloe Melas, some actors and members of the House of Cards team have agreed to collaborate on the project, being part of the cast and those who speak on camera.

In addition to learning about some of the accusations made against him, the documentary also examines Spacey’s response to some of them and how they have affected his reputation and legacy as an actor.

After the documentary premiered on HBO’s platform, some widely known industry actors, such as Liam Neeson (Schindler’s List and Taken) and Sharon Stone (Basic Instinct), came out in support of Kevin Spacey.

Both stars have requested that the House of Cards actor be able to resume his career in Hollywood, arguing that he has been “unfairly canceled” for seven year. Also, they have also stated that the docuseries was “disproportionate criticism”.

The Telegraph reported that the two figures joined the long list of names advocating for the star, which also includes Stephen Fry and F. Murray Abraham, who have started a campaign to rehabilitate him.
