I don't ever feel like he has real bulshit when playing against him.
I will take him over Lowain or 2B or any day.
I play him as well and he mostly feels like a consistent characters with good dmg and oki, while soriz I get to loop +frames the entire match, Seox is Seox etc.
How is he not bullshit? He has everything you have, plus more shit, and he does everything better than you do.

Wtf does sieg NOT have? He feels like bullshit cuz he just does everything, I'd rather play mario party vs lowain than fight this abomination of a character
Don't forget he has that running forward command grab with his sword + an SBA that can vault up and then point down diagonally, which is hard af to miss.
The only really annoying thing I feel he has is the dmg in far H into back special.
As you said he is a overtuned but I would put him close to gran, djeeta and katalina in how it feels to fight him
Well the normal SBA is op, punish jumps and mid screen options from the opponent.
I have no idea what is my WR against him is but he never made me want to punch anything like getting lowain to 1 HP into SSBA or a Nier comeback from any hit or DP into full combo when she had no brave points
His chip dmg is also insane, he can win by you just blocking his stuff, midscreen he has a lot of dmg too because he can extend with his h fireball, his h fireball also is arguably the best "Win neutral button", which immediatly goes into his pressure, where even if you guess right you still take tons of chip dmg, he gets insane dmg from his pokes as you said too, overall to win vs him you need to be just that much better and some characters really suffer from his 236h because they literally have no answer other than "just walk back and pray you can get out of range or it's his turn, I play vira for example, there's nothing I can do, even if I use 22u on reaction he's still going to get the fireball out, and it does not disappear on hit, so I don't even get oki, I just get to play neutral after spending 50% of my meter AND HE STILL HAS THE ADVANTAGE IN NEUTRA.
Overall he sort of feels like belial in the sense that he just has everything cuz why not.
