What can be thought of Saw III rather than it's a fucking masterpiece?

What's something you've noticed in this re-watch that you haven't noticed in previous watches?

Saw III was actually the first saw movie I saw. It’s funny looking back cos at the time, it was probably my first horror movie, and all I can see is this sick old man having people go through these traps which are impossible to escape from. My brother made me watch it, and his dumb ass had no clue about the franchise so he fed me loads of crap about what was going on in the movie. I stayed away from Saw for years until I stumbled across the others, and now I’m a huge fan

One of those movies were every time I watch It I like it more and more

Probably the most consistently cruel saw movie. I noticed from Saw II - Saw IV, its like the writers wanted every single scene to be sad/dark rather than every scene be mainly intriguing and entertaining. It definitely works well in Saw II and Saw IV but III it gets a little much. Saw VI and Saw X perfectly balance between entertaining and actual horror imo.

That tagline goes hard.
