HI, going back to Narita Airport from Kyoto same day advise

It is so much planning. I am returning back to Narita Airport Aug 11 back to SFO flight is at 6:00 pm. I plan to leave early from Kyoto take the bullet train to Tokyo train station ( abou t 2-3 hour) then try to find a way either limosine bus or Express train to Narita airport. Getting nervous now I may be lost and checkin in one night early with luggage in and out seems also too much. Am I ok to leave early from Kyoto ?? kind of worry now. Many thanks
