Love everything about the Paradise. Location, updated resort, free breakfasts at Papa's. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Stayed on 20th floor. Beautiful to sit on balcony and relax.

The rooms were gross and smelled terribly of cigarettes marijuana due to consumption surrounding the building. The elevator was something from a horror movie. The front desk was not helpful I'm helping us finding a suitable room for a family without a ridiculous uncharged. Would never stay here again.

Breakers has been our go to for the last few years. Rooms are comfortable and clean and the amenities are incredible. The on site bar at the Palms is awesome. Chip is the best bartender ever! Great conversations and laughs. Highly recommend!

Remote for one of the tvs didn’t work, phone didn’t work and was a little dirty needs upgrading! Overall stay was good! Have many pools and they were clean and we enjoyed the stay! Will be back just will have a different room hopefully. Staff was nice and helpful

$25 per day housekeeping fee. All they do is drop off towels and empty trash. That's it. No cleaning at all.
Also $15 per day resort fee. The building was nearly empty but when requesting a corner room on checking, the receptionist mumbled that she already had me assigned and it was the 1 and only room available...The building was nearly empty the whole stay. She also just kinda mumbled these things to herself instead of addressing me directly. Amenities were good, pools were great, but the $25 housekeeping fee inarticulate feels very scammy and I highly doubt this money I going to the housekeepers. They also really need to work on their receptionist hospitality.
