Pike County Schools seniors receive short-term certificates and Associate’s Degrees

A total of 42 Pike County Schools students earned either their Associate’s Degree or short-term certificates this school year.

A total of 18 seniors graduated with their Associate’s Degree from Troy University. Those students included Harlee Bennett, Lainey Hattaway, Reagan Diamond, AJ Brown, Emma Hurst, Ashlin Williams, Emily Hussey, Paitin Riley, CJ Thompson and Nick McQuagge from Goshen along with Ja’Kayla Carr, Martha Hurt, Chloe Johnson, Jada Duncan, Kamile Giles, Nelani Meadowcroft and Ae’Vionne Burney from Pike County High School.

A total of 15 students earned a short-term certificate from either Enterprise State Community College or Lurleen B. Wallace Community College.

Pike County High’s Patrick Countryman, Jordon Gardner and Kyron Wilkerson earned their certificates in mechatronics from ESCC, while Kambden Tillery also earned her certificate in early childhood education. Goshen’s Harleigh Bozeman and Parker Henderson also earned their certificates in early childhood education.

Also, Goshen’s Ka’Davion Bristow, Ian McClure, Rodriquez Tetter, Serena Turner and Daniel Williamson earned their certificate from LBW, while Pike County’s Richard Eagerton, Armani Brown, Jayden Evans and Na’Kayla Pugh earned their certificates from LBW.
