Our wifi signal keeps dropping . Despite resetting our router.

Our wifi signal keeps dropping . Despite resetting our router. This has been coming and going for a couple of months. Last month openreach came out and said they had fixed the issue. I have tested the broadband and it has said that it is working fine. But our signal keeps dropping upstairs in the house and the internet goes on and off randomly its a nightmare.
These are our router stats not sure what else to do?

@sharnicus  Those are not your router stats, please see the link posted earlier and follow the steps provided to get the information the forum needs & can use.

@sharnicus  Have you restarted your hub recently? As the uptime is only just over 20 minutes.
