EXCHANGE AND BUYING OF VINYLS
We always buy records and complete collections for good prices, any quantity. I am mainly collector, so we talk about fair prices for your vinyls.

SHIPMENTS
- we ship minimum 2 times a week, usually every Tuesday and Thursday. There is a good chance, if your order and payments receive me until 11:00 o'clock that the articles will go out same day.
- paypal payment: you get an automatically generated confirmation from discogs in your order
- the receive of paypal payments will NOT confirmed additional by us. Please do not ask us to confirm paypal payment additional, we will NOT answer, thanks for understanding.
- you will NOT get any further comment from us until we ship and send you the trackingnumber. If you order friday, it can bet that you get the tracking number tuesday afternoon, 4 days later.
- on shipping day in the afternoon you get automatically from the tracking number and the name of shipping company. You must not ask for tracking number.
- we will not answer to the question "is the record available". if a record is not available or if there is any other problem, we contact you and you get the money back asap. We prepare your order AFTER receiving the money.
DHL Standard
Standard for international packages is DHL with tracking and insurance (standard shipment includes a 50€ insurance for packages up to 2kg and 500€ insurance are inlcuded for packages above 2kg, if you want more insurance please ask). At this time the shipping to some countries is not possible and if it’s possible there could be delays along the way (to Canada, USA and Australia for example takes several week, because shipment by air is not possible by DHL).
I stopped cheap shipments with Deutsche Post, we didn't have good experience.
RETURNS OF PACKAGES
DHL charges us fees for returning packages.
Returns for which Vinylschrat is not responsible (not picked up, wrong address, etc.) will be passed on to the buyer as follows

outside Germany €12.00
The information from the tracking history is decisive.
We ask you to discuss any problems with the handover with the respective delivery person.
INSURANCE FOR DAMAGED PACKAGES (insurance claims):
Please always point out to the courier damaged packages upon receipt!
If the damage is not noted in writing upon receipt, I cannot apply for insurance.
GRADING: I make an optical grading of the LPs. So acoustic can be different: Vinyl looks m- but plays vg+. vinyl looks vg but plays m-. Reason can be a very good or very bad pressing and something between this or LP are played lot of times. Don forget, many LPs are 30-50 years old. If you are not satiesfied, write me, or mail me photos. A small difference is part of this hobby. I try my best to grade correct, but i am not perfect. It happens from time to time, that i get first an inquiry for better price. when i cannot give dscount, i get a complaint that something is not 100% correct with the wish of reduction. Please stay fair.
Nearly all LPs are washed at least once, but in many cases it comes to significant improvements to wash vinyls 2-3 times more.

BIDS on ARTICLES
I offer this in single cases to give you the chance, to get for bigger orders a SMALL and reasonable discount.
BUT: It is not rentable to accept 10% or 30% discount if you want only 1 or 3 articles.
I get lot of offer with 20-50% discount for only 1 LP or low turnaround. Please dont ask for this, i do not answer on these requests. Meanwhile i stopped to offer bids on articles more and more.
I have to pay discogs fees (they make a TOP job here, paypal is very expensive, i have lot of work with the shop and - to be honest - i pay good money for good items.
If you you want to buy several lps, ask for combination price for orders over 200 €. Send me an eMail with the links to the LPs to [email protected]
If you have good and rare vinyl for exchange with me, you can mail me your list.
In any case i would be happy if you buy from me, not only one time, i do my best so that you are satiesfied with our service.
EXACT ISSUES
We are always doing our best to find the right version and describe the LP as exact as possible, but we can't be perfect.
Some issues are very very difficult to find. For the right version of a Beatles, Stones, Led Zeppelin etc I am searching sometimes 20 minutes. In single cases a small line or another word in the copyrights or the copyrights starts not from left but from right making the difference.
For most of the people it is not important, versions with these tiny differences are usually from the same area, so price is the nearly the same. For some collectors it is important to find EXACTLY the a special version, i understand that and I try my best. Please understand also, that i never can be so competent as a Beatles, Stones or Led Zeppeln specialist. So if you are searching for exactly this special issue and want make sure that you get it, ask us to check it and give us a tip which is the important point that makes the difference. Or we cannot take over the guarantee. I hope you understand that. In any case many thanks for your support.

I do not check the matrix numbers for every LP, only in special cases or on special request.
SEND BACK ITEMS
If there is any reason that a buyer wants to send an item back, the buyer has to take over the shipping costs. You can always contact me to find a common, for both parties fair solution.
