Question
I didn't purchase the season of defiance. Almost a year later they made all those missions free recently and I was able to finish it and receive Amanda holidays ship. Trying to help a friend do the same an we've tried every way to start it but can't find a solution. Does anyone have any insight ?

Have they even done the first “Lightfall” campaign mission? Usually once that is over the seasonal content could be started
First do the intro quest "Awaken Queensguard". This can be picked up from the holoprojector near nimbus on neptune. You may have to do the first lightfall campaign mission first.
Then you should get the main quest upon visiting The farm (edz) or the war table at the helm.
