You did a great job with the voiceover and the jokes. I enjoyed the comedy and the editing more than in your Suicide Squad video, and your commentary against Ubisoft was spot on.
However, I think your weakest point is the thumbnail. In my opinion, you need a better balance between images and text. If you include more than one image, it tends to look better if they're all on one side and either interacting in some way or at least looking in the same direction. You might want to check out movie posters or other YouTube thumbnails for trailers for inspiration.
Other than that, you did a fantastic job.

Yeah, it already looks way better imo. If I were you I'd also watch some YT videos about the rule of thirds in photography and composition. For example, if you move Godzilla a bit to the left and make your title font smaller, the composition will feel more balanced.

Big text is always a good idea to optimize your thumbnails for mobile users. But if you made the font slightly smaller, it would still be easy to read on mobile.

Posted recently my Suicide Squad twisted trailer. Took some of the advice and got on with doing one for Star Wars Outlaws. Editing is lot more consistent with an overall narrative around Ubisoft/Activision with some random meme stuff and references thrown in. Appreciate feedback on this one too!
I'm not really the target audience for this since I didn't see the original trailer and I don't follow all the micro-transaction stuff and all that. With that said, there was still some good humor in this. I think you went a little overboard with the profanity. It heightens humor when used as an accent, but can get repetitive. Turning "outer rim" into "outer rimjob" isn't really a joke. So maybe it'd work better if you cut it down to a shorter trailer with just your best material rather than going for the full trailer
That would also let you add some kind of opening, to let people know what's going on. But again, I'm not the target audience so maybe people who follow video games would get this right away
Visual gags are a good idea because people can notice them with their eyes, but it seemed like your graphics were more add-ons than jokes within themselves. Your sound effects are pretty good. I think you have talent with editing and can do a lot with this style. So this is definitely something to keep up with, but I believe you can do better than a lot of this
I watched your Suicide Squad trailer and again I think your editing skills are good but the amount of obscenity seems over the top. Maybe that's a parody of the source material. I don't know, but I think you are limiting yourself if you rely on shock and should lean more into parody and satire with the "dumb" humor confined to visual gags
