Dear Mohamed Ramadan3
Thank you for contacting Microsoft Community.
We are happy to assist you. I'm sorry you're experiencing this issue.
The case of the letters and special symbols during your password reset, and whether you entered them correctly when you logged back in;
Because you reset your password multiple times, which may be considered an abnormal operation and lead to confusion in recognizing your password, you can also try waiting for some time after resetting your password and then logging in to your account to see if you are logged in.
Also you can try resetting a strong password that doesn't match your original password. Then after the reset is successful wait a few minutes and log in again to see if it works.
Strong passwords can help prevent unauthorized people from accessing files, programs, and other resources, and should be difficult to guess or crack. Good passwords:
At least 8 characters in length
Do not include your username, real name or company name
Do not contain complete words
Clearly different from previous passwords
Contain uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols
