There's a difference though between a great musician, and a candidate for the greatest musician of 1/4 of a century (or at least 1 of the top 10).
I know that limits the options, but I think we need to bear that in mind.

But you have someone in the 74-99 in top 10 for "on stage performance" ie showmanship not musical talent. You also have Jarvis Cocker and some singers in the top 10. Really hard to understand the criteria tbh
