The MCU did the character poorly, and with a talented actor such as Christopher Eccleston behind the character, Malekith could genuinely become one of the MCU's best villains if Marvel chose to adapt "War of the Realms." With his action-packed and kinetic Mad Max films, Miller would fit in seamlessly with the Realm-trotting tale in Thor 5. Besides, Hemsworth's time in the MCU could end with Thor 5, and a major franchise event around him would be fitting.
