Stocks snap three days losing streak
Among the traded stocks, 189 advanced, 110 declined and 68 remained unchanged
The benchmark index DSEX of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) surged on Sunday, breaking a three consecutive days losing streak.
During the session, the DSEX rose by 35 points to reach 5,696, while the blue-chip index DS30 surged by 11 points to 2,026.
Among the traded stocks, 196 advanced, 159 declined and 35 remained unchanged.
The turnover value stood at Tk985 crore, increased slightly from the previous session.
Asiatic Laboratories topped in the turnover chart, followed by Best Holdings and Navana Pharma.
