Applying in junior year?

I’m in my sophomore year as a CS major and I didn’t get into any t25s unfortunately so I’ll be committing to my state university. Just wondering if it’s possible to apply again in my junior year? I know at some schools like Cornell I would need to stay there for an extra 2 years, but I’d likely get full aid so it wouldn’t be an issue I don’t think. Most of the universities in my state are weak in stem so would it be worth applying as a transfer next year?

Unlikely. Most if not all schools require at least 2 full years/4 semesters of attendance

ah, so my 2 years at community college wouldn’t count?

If you apply again next cycle you'd be entering as a senior
