No ha sido posible desbloquear mi ip apesar de hacer le proceso de microsoft

hola hace unos días tuve un problema con mi servidor de correo apesar de hacer los procesos que indica microsoft no ha sido posible el desbloqueo cuao se envian correos a .hotmail.com es tos son los tickets de los casos : Support request number: 7041577249 y el
