Detrick runs unopposed for Henry County Auditor and current Henry County Sheriff Richard A. McNamee runs unopposed to retain his position.
For candidates will appear on the ballot for two Henry County Supervisor positions. Current Supervisor Chad A. White will run against Dan Cook, Steven B. Detrick, and David Muhs to fill the two seats up for election.

Mt. Pleasant Community High School Graduate Cook’s experience includes serving eight years with the army National Guard and a 30-year career with Continental. Cook is also active with the Henry County VFW and serves as the Henry County Chairman for Whitetails Unlimited.
Muhs puts his name on the ballot with 30 years as the Henry County Health Center Chief Financial Officer and 38 total years in health care. Unlike his competition, Muhs is not an Iowan native but moved here 30 years ago from Nebraska.
