Outlook App and Samsung TV not working properly with Three home broadband

My Outlook client on Android Tablet & Phone  notifies me the incoming emails, however, it doesn't download them when connected to three home broadband. Also, I can't send emails.

Gmail instead works perfectly.

I also have issues with the Samsung TV, when connected to the home broadband it doesn't let me log  into the apps.

Has anyone encountered these problems and know how to fix them?

Same here with Samsung TV apps Netflix & YouTube and also Outlook on my S9. For Outlook it displays on the icon I have mail but doesn't download them until I turn the wifi off. Also cannot get Echo Dot to reconnect to Alexa app. Tried a lot of the online advice to no avail.

Oh and Twitter seems not to update on the phone whilst Wifi is on
