With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard Mitchell of Napoleon, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 6, 2024 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, may Richard find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may his legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Ruth N. Mitchell and Paul Richard Mitchell. He is survived by : his wife Lillian Mitchell (Reynolds); his sisters, Mary Ann Alge and Jean Elizabeth Brown (Steven Brown); and his nephews, Jeff Alge, John Alge and Christoper Alge.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 31st 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Genacross Lutheran Service (1036 S Perry St, Napoleon, OH 43545).
