Kate Middleton's exclusive £39k school that George, Charlotte and Louis could go to
The Prince and Princess of Wales were both fortunate to receive the best education possible as they attended some of the best schools in the UK.
This is also the case for their three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, as the royal trio have already had an enviable start to their studies and are currently enrolled at Lambrook Prep School in Berkshire.
After nursery school, Prince William was educated at Wetherby Prep School and then went on to attend Ludgrove School in Berkshire, before attending Eton College from 1995-2000. Similarly, Kate was educated locally at St Andrew's School before attending two exclusive private schools.
While it has not yet been confirmed, it is expected that Prince George and Prince Louis will follow in their father's footsteps and join Eton when they turn 13 - but what will happen to Princess Charlotte? The couple's only daughter would have a number of options with one of them being the Princess of Wales' former school in Wiltshire.
The Princess of Wales first attended Downe House School in Berkshire and later moved to Marlborough College in Wiltshire where she thrived and was very popular. A friend at her new school revealed to the Daily Mail: "Apparently she had been bullied very badly and she certainly looked thin and pale. She had very little confidence."
Marlborough college charges their students £39,930 a year and is widely considered one of the UK’s top boarding schools with their state-of-the-art sports facilities and grounds.
The historic school has produced many notable alumni, from Princess Eugenie to comedian Jack Whitehall and even Emerald Fennell - the Academy Award Winning screenwriter and actress who portrayed Queen Camilla in seasons three and four of Netflix's The Crown.
Another possibility - if the Prince and Princess of Wales do not choose to educate their three children altogether at Marlborough - is that Prince George and Prince Louis follow in their father’s footsteps and attend Eton College.
This is especially true after Prince George was spotted touring the famous school with his parents last year. The exclusive school charges a whopping £48,501 a year and was set up by King Henry VI in 1440.
It counts royal alumni such as Prince William, Prince Harry, Prince William of Gloucester, The Duke of Kent, as well as Samuel and Arthur Chatto.
Eton is famous for their incredible facilities as it has anything their students could possibly want. In terms of sports, there are approximately 40 football/rugby pitches, a 2km rowing lake, 19 cricket pitches and 50 tennis courts.
If the two princes are enrolled at Eton and the couple wanted to keep their three children near to their home in Windsor, Princess Charlotte could possibly attend nearby St Mary’s School in Ascot - the school that Prince William's cousin, Lady Louise Windsor, studied at before heading off to the University of St Andrews.
