WWE Hall of Famer Tammy “Sunny” Sytch is set to appear as a witness in a lawsuit related to a DUI crash that resulted in her imprisonment.
The lawsuit is linked to the April 2022 car accident that caused the death of Julian Lasseter.
Jana Olivova, who was involved in another car that was hit during the incident, has filed the lawsuit against her insurance company, Geico.
Pwinsider is reporting that Olivova is claiming damages, and Sytch is listed as a witness who can provide testimony related to liability in the case.
It is worth noting that Sytch and her former fiancé, James Pente, were initially defendants in the lawsuit but were dropped when an amended suit was filed in July of last year.
