A Braybrook mum has admitted it will be hard to top Mother’s Day next year after she unwrapped a $5 million TattsLotto prize on the weekend.

The Melburnian held one of the four division one winning entries in TattsLotto draw 4467 on Saturday 11 May 2024. Each division one winning entry scored $5 million.

“I haven’t slept all night!” the winning woman giggled.

“I was watching a show on TV. My husband had already gone to bed but I thought I’d check my TattsLotto ticket. It kept saying I’d won all this money.

“I went and woke my husband and asked if had his glasses nearby and whether I was reading this straight.

“It’s just life changing. I can’t believe it. It’s so surreal.

“It just sets us up for the future to live comfortably, go on holidays, give the kids a bit of money, pay off the bills and pay off the mortgage.

“It’s made my Mother’s Day! I’m not sure I’ll be able to top this one in future!”

The woman’s winning marked System 7 entry was purchased at Central West Newsagency, Shop 35, Central West Plaza, 67 Ashley Street, Braybrook.
