In an interview on the Kelly Corrigan Wonders podcast, Amy Schumer stated that she was the primary provider in her marriage."...I'm the bread winner. I'm working. You know, he has so many jobs that a mom has, but Mom is still Mom,"' said Schumer, referring to her husband, Chris Fischer.

She continued,

"There were some signs early on. Once he was diagnosed, it dawned on me how funny it was. Because all of the characteristics that make it clear that he's on the spectrum are all of the reasons that I fell madly in love with him."
