The first part of this deeply emotional movie, released in 2022, focused on the relationship between Melisa and her son Can, and her grappling with her terminal illness that has given her only a few months to stay alive. Heartbroken and scared for the future of her 6-year-old child, she wonders to whom she can entrust his care after she dies. In the midst of all these heartbreaking thoughts comes the dashing Firat, who immediately shares a warm and instant connect with Melisa.
In spite of all the trappings of a perfect rom-com with a sad ending, In Good Hands received mixed reviews and viewers were unhappy with the overly dramatic aspect of the movie as well as entrusting a man Melisa has known for only a few months with her young child. However, the second part might just add that zing that can change everything!
In Good Hands 2 Plot
In the second part, we will see Firat and Can sharing a beautiful and unique relationship with one another and creating a world of their own. Although Melisa is now gone, she lives on in their hearts and their memories, which brings both of these people joy and comfort in their daily lives. They are not just a father and son duo, but two people who share a common joy and sorrow as they embark on their journeys as new flatmates! However, their newly made life is put into disarray when Firat comes across the beautiful Sezen by coincidence and starts to feel an emotional pull like no other. Will this new spark create a fire in his relationship with Can?
