U.S. — A brand new video released by popular YouTuber MrBeast shows him firing 400 nuclear missiles to destroy the sun and plunge the solar system into eternal darkness for charity.

"I hacked the nuclear football to simultaneously launch over 400 nuclear missiles at the sun!" said MrBeast at the beginning of his 25-minute video. "And it's all for charity!"

MrBeast, whose real name is James Donaldson, says the exciting new video acts as a sort of series finale to his YouTube channel — and modern life as we know it.

"Wow! I can't wait to see how human civilization collapses!" MrBeast says 17 minutes into the video as the first nuclear missiles come into contact with the sun.

Comments on the video are mostly negative, with over 500,000 unique users calling out MrBeast as an insane megalomaniac who is dooming all of humanity for the sake of views.

"Plants won't be able to grow! We are all going to die!" commented user @FarmersOnly65.

But not all fan reactions have been negative. Many users still praise the YouTube channel for its quality production value and impressive charity work.

"Admire his efforts [prayer emoji]," said user @MrCatStev. "What a nice man."

North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) issued a nationwide alert through the Wireless Emergency Alert System to warn American citizens that the end was imminent.

"You couldn't ask for better publicity," an associate for MrBeast said regarding the new video. "Too bad the electric grid is about to go down forever and we're all going to die."

MrBeast has reportedly raised more than $800,000 from the video, with proceeds going to the rebuilding of society.
