Flamenco Music - Where to see it

Hi Folks,

I know its not quite the home of flamenco music but there appears to be some spots to see it.

Looking for a very locals venue rather than a touristy spot. Also, I'm looking something more about the guitar playing and singing rather than the dancing.

If anyone has some recommendations it would be great to hear.
