There's some very powerful people in Oz. I'll try to explain some of my controversial picks:
Jason Kramer: he's a lesser known character but he's very strong. He only lost to Hamid Khan on points and beat Said in a deleted scene. He's definitely worthy of the top ten.
Beecher over Keller: the numbers don't lie. Beecher beat Keller three times compared to Keller beating Beecher twice. And the big Keller win in season 2 was unfair because Vern and Metzger were there.
Schebetta in average: most people would put him in Prag level but that's not true. He gets into 3 fights and they're all with extremely powerful opponents. Plus the ones with Vern and Chucky were unfair due to Peter being outnumbered.
Rebedow so low: he's an old man. He only beats El cid due to him sleeping. Busmalis is more youthful and gets that big hit in on the guy that refuses his invitro plea.
