Former White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki is in support of her former boss’s move to delay a necessary weapons shipment to Israel. However, she has one thought about itDuring an interview with CBS’s “The Late Show,” Psaki said that President Joe Biden did not cut off weapons to Israel soon enough, admitting that the United States has withheld weapons to countries in need before. Psaki told Stephen Colbert, “I do think that there’s some leverage we’re all seeing being used. Should it have been used earlier? I think the answer is yes to that.

Jen Psaki was always a know-nothing smart-ass. I can't think of anyone in any White House staff whom I miss less than her. Good riddance.

On Saturday morning, there was definitely plenty of chatter going around about reports that former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley was under "serious consideration" for being selected as former and potentially future President Donald Trump's running mate. She also served as his ambassador to the United Nations and ran against Trump in the Republican primary, finally dropping out in March, right after Super Tuesday, though no endorsement was made. Trump himself weighed in with a post over Truth Social, putting the idea to rest, hopefully once and for all."Nikki Haley is not under consideration for the V.P. slot,"

Coming this summer to a city near you: taxpayer-funded identification cards for thousands of illegal immigrants. Well, maybe to a city near you; Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials insist that some aspects of the plan are “pre-decisional,” and though both Atlanta and Houston have been named as possible locations, things are still subject to change. The source who told Fox News that went unnamed in the report, but Fox called him or her “familiar with the program,” and I’m very willing to believe that the source is at least a federal government employee. Only a professional bureaucrat would use a term like “pre-decisonal.”

Opponents waging lawfare against former President Donald Trump are failing to prevent him from completing the greatest political comeback in history, establishment media reports recently acknowledged. The numerous indictments against Trump were meant to politically sabotage his reelection campaign, many Republicans believe, buoyed by reports of multiple meetings between the Biden administration and Trump prosecutors. That strategy appears not to be working from Georgia to Florida to Washington, DC. Trump remains the political favorite to win reelection in November, swing state polling shows.

Is there a better example of putting the cart before the horse than “green” energy boondoggles of the left? The answer is a resounding no. Force conversions to electric vehicles without putting the proper and sufficient charging infrastructure in place? Check. Manufacture millions (billions?) of solar panels with no disposal plan in place? Check. Build countless offshore wind “farms” without conducting studies to determine the impacts? Check. [snip] Downstream turbulence from offshore wind turbines can reduce power generation at nearby turbines, substantially reducing the total potential from planned U.S. offshore wind projects, according to recent research from the Colorado University Boulder and National Energy Technology Laboratory.
