Special thanks to Alice at front desk. She is very helpful and friendly. As I travel with 2 kids and she is very patient and organized to make my stay comfortable and memorable. Alice is a star for hotel and I will definitely come back because of the staff here.
Accompany 3 old persons. Thank to Charlie who nicely arranged upgrade. The room is very impressive. The facilities and services are perfect. It is too troublesome to get taxi in Macau and hotel's shuttle bus is very convenient .A perfect memory in Macau!

We have stayed at the Grand Lisboa Palace many times but just for 1 to 2 nights. It was always enjoyable.
Stayed for 5 nights at one of the suites last month (Apr 17 to 22). The suite was spacious, very new of course and everything was immaculately clean.
Staff was courteous, helpful and very professional. Housekeeping team was top class and that is something I rarely say.
The buffet was unbelievable! We ate so much.
We also loved shopping at the supermarket(New Yaohan).
An amazing experience. Looking forward to our next stay.
